Discounts for Seniors lists commercial senior discounts across Canada, and verifies every one against the retailer's own published policy.
We started Discounts for Seniors with a simple frustration: senior discounts exist everywhere in Canada, but nobody lists them all in one trustworthy place. One store’s discount day is another store’s rumour.
So we check. Every discount in our directory is verified against the retailer’s own published policy, stamped with the date we last checked it, and checked again on a regular cycle. If a program ends, the listing says so.
Government pensions and benefits are a different topic, and they are not what this site is for. This site lists commercial discounts only: the money off that comes from a business choosing to charge older customers less.
