CN Tower: Senior Tickets (65+)

The CN Tower publishes a Senior price for guests 65 and older on every ticket type: Timed General Admission costs $34 against $47 for an adult.

The CN Tower publishes a Senior price column on every ticket it sells, for guests aged 65 and older. There is no single senior deal to hunt for, because the lower price is simply built into the price list: every ticket type costs less at 65 and over than the same ticket costs an adult. Taxes are extra on all of the prices below.

The most common choice is Timed General Admission, at $47 for an adult and $34 for a senior. The Top plus Timed General Admission costs $59 and $46. A Flex ticket costs $62 and $49. Sea the Sky, which adds entry to Ripley’s Aquarium and is sold online only, costs $79 and $54.25. Premier costs $99 and $76, and the VIP Tour costs $199 and $176. Children aged 2 and under enter free.

How to claim it

  1. Choose the Senior ticket for each guest aged 65 and older when you book on the CN Tower site, and pick your date and time there.
  2. Book ahead if you can: tickets can be booked up to 30 days in advance, and timed entry rewards planning on busy days.
  3. Bring photo ID that shows your age, in case staff ask for it when you arrive.

The saving changes with the ticket type, from $13 on Timed General Admission to $24.75 on Sea the Sky, so the richer tickets carry the bigger senior saving. Prices are in Canadian dollars and can change, and the tower may adjust prices for special dates. The price in front of you at booking is the one that counts.

Practical tip: compare the Flex ticket before you buy. If your plans might shift, the extra flexibility can be worth more than the few dollars between the Flex senior price and a timed ticket, and the senior price applies to the Flex ticket either way.
